Step 2: We set up a conference call to discuss your goals and aspirations. If the product is new to the market, we perform a simple margin analysis to determine if your current pricing structure is in line with market expectations.
Step 3: Based on the information accrued in Steps 1-2, we define how we can add value to your operation and move on to scoping a project proposal.
Step 4: We agree on timing, scope, cost and deliverables. The plan could call for a single or multiple stage project depending on the need and objectives.
Step 5: We execute the project as agreed. We offer the flexibility to terminate the project after any stage in the process. I.e. you are not committed to go through the entire cycle if for any reason you don't feel comfortable with the end result or your commitment changes.
